TARZANA -- NEW TOWN Following the announcement of the subdivision of the Miller property on Ventura boulevard and Reseda avenue and the Long Acres tract on Ventura boulevard opposite the Adohr Dairy, comes the announcement of the immediate subdivision of 100 acres of Tarzana Ranch, with 2,000 feet frontage on Ventura boulevard opposite Reseda avenue, at the junction of which avenue with Ventura boulevard the new town of Tarzana is being established.
