In September 2023 Jim was elected Board Chairman of the esteemed Burroughs Bibliophiles organization
~ just one more of his many accomplishment in the fascinating world of Edgar Rice Burroughs fandom.

Sue-On and I have considered Jim and his wife Rita to be friends for many years
and have even enjoyed their visits to our Brandon home . . . a long way from their native Texas.

just before serving the Chinese meal she had prepared for us.

The Goodwins have made countless trips across North America for their visits
to almost every one of the many national parks located in America and Canada.
For the last two decades we have looked forward to running into this friendly couple
at the many ERB conventions (Dum-Dums and ECOFs) we have attended.

To highlight the achievements that Jim has made to ERB fandom
